Part of our continuing series, “Everything You Think You Know You Learned From A Liar,” we are going to talk a bit, a short talk as it is the holiday season, about Semites.  Semites are people from the Middle East,  not a race, but a language group.  There is no Semite or Semitic race and never has been.  There are Semites, however,  They are people who speak Semitic languages or, if we want to apply a more modern and inaccurate definition, folks from areas where those languages, Akkadian, Amharic, Arabic, Aramaic, Ge’ez, Hebrew, Maltese, Phoenician, Tigre andTigrinya and several others were spoken.

Hebrew is one of these and Jews who come from areas where Hebrew was spoken, in continuity, as a language, can be Semites as are all Arabic speakers.  Since half the Hebrew speakers, anecdotally of course are Americans and Arabic speakers are spread across the world, it is fair to pull the borders in, let’s say from Ethiopia to Turkey to the border of Iran and into the Arabian Peninsula.

So, when you are talking about Antisemitism, you are talking about people who hate folks from that region, a racial mix of fully African to generally Middle Eastern.  Of course, when we use a linguistic group to describe a racial or religious division, we have automatically become liars.  When Israel welcomes Jews from Africa, they are welcoming pure Semites, maybe the purest Semites in all of Israel.

So, how does this apply to Helen Thomas?  Remember when she said that she wanted the Jews from Germany and Poland and Russia to go back home?  Helen Thomas is a ProSemite.  She may even be an extremist, almost like the Zionists.

Her issue, of course, is that she believes that Zionism, the belief by Jews that all “original Semitic regions,” constitute “Greater Israel” and are the exclusive domain of what they consider an exclusive racial group that also practices the religion of Judaism.  “Greater Israel” is, as Zionists describe it, all lands from the Nile in Egypt to the Tigris and Euphrates rivers and south, including the Arabian Peninsula.  This, pretty much, covers the regions of the original language group, the Semites, noticeably leaving out Ethiopia and other regions of Africa.  As for why these areas are omitted, we have our suspicions based on more than a bit of controversy within Israel about “racial purity” and “African blood” but that’s another story for another day.

Thomas insists that “settlers” who are displacing Palestinians, pure “Semites” if there really is such a thing, which we know there isn’t, are mostly European.  Despite attempts by pseudo-science to claim there is a Jewish gene, one some claim is tied to the last surviving Neanderthals, who fled to the Caucasus Mountains, no real ties between Jews and Neanderthals has ever been established.  Neanderthals, with their larger brains and aggressive nature, well, we don’t need to go there.  This kind of thinking befits the people who used to predict criminal behavior by measuring heads and checking for bumps.  Phrenology?

There isn’t a shred of real evidence that the Palestinians living in Judea when Israel became a state in 1947 hadn’t originally been Jews, many converted to Christianity and more later converted to Islam.  After the Jewish revolt of 132-5 CE, Hadrian tried to expel the Jews.  However, all he accomplished was changing the name of Judea to Syria-Palaestinia.  The Jews remained.  They are still there, living behind a 20 foot wall, land mines, barbed wire, living in Gaza, some, while others are in refugee camps in Lebanon or Jordan and some are still practicing Judaism.  Welcome to the wonderful world of Historical Revisionism, Israeli style.

To the majority of Semites, whatever religion they were to embrace eventually, they shared some common influences, Hellenic certainly, later Byzantine and during the 7th Century onward, that of Islam.  There was clearly a broad acceptance of Christianity among Jews.  In 636, when Islam Muslims arrived in Jerusalem, it was an entirely Christian city.  It wasn’t until the 11th century, Caliph Hakim VI (who believed himself to be a god), that the destruction of the Holy Sepulcher led to a series of Crusades, ever changing the political perceptions of the relationships in the region.

From that time to the beginning of the 20th century, almost every version of the history of the region you will read is total fabrication, no matter whose position it supports.  We know the Ottoman Empire brought Jews from Europe to help with administration.  Zionist sources claim these Jews from Germany, Poland, Russia and other areas of Eastern Europe had been driven there by the Romans during the early 2nd century.  There is no proof of this, quite the contrary.  There is, however, considerable proof that these Jews were of Khazar ancestry.

WikiLeaks: The 9/11 of the Internet

Hillary Clinton has called WikiLeaks “an attack on the international community”. Coming from her, we must assume that is meant in all seriousness. We must compare it to what we saw on our screens on 9/11: “America under attack”.

When a Secretary of State announces that we are ‘under attack’, it follows without saying that we can expect some kind of response to that attack. Indeed, the word ‘attack’ is more or less reserved for occasions where a response is planned. Otherwise the statement would be interpreted as reflecting weakness and impotence.

When America was ‘under attack’, we got the Patriot Act domestically, and never-ending war internationally – the Constitution was shredded along with international law. That was a very big response. What kind of response can we expect when the ‘international community’ is declared to be ‘under attack’, because a website has revealed a few relatively harmless secrets?

If the State Department really felt that the WikiLeaks operation was a serious threat to national security, or even a serious embarrassment politically, they could have shut it down at any time. They have their ways. And they could have ‘gotten to’ Assange in one way or another, as they got to David Kelly, who really was a threat, with his testimony that WMDs [in Iraq] did not exist, testimony that was never heard about again, after he ‘committed suicide’.

Instead, with WikiLeaks, we have Assange at large flaunting it, and we see the leaks being published in the mainstream media, both in print and online, conveniently indexed. What’s wrong with this picture? If the leaks are harmful, why are they doing everything they can to make sure everyone, including any ‘potential terrorists’, sees them?

Wiki of the Damned

Introduction: The first of two programs deal ing with Wik iLeaks, this broadcast examines an intelligence–

connected mind control cult with which WikiLeaks kingpin Julian Assange appears to be affiliated. As well connected as it is ruthless and criminal, the Santiniketan Park Association of Anne Hamilton-Byrne conditioned children with drugs, sensory depri vation, sleep deprivation, torture and ritual sexual abuse in order to produce subjects who bent to the will of the group’s leader.

Although Assange (pic­tured  at left) claims to have been “on the run” from the  cult, his claims  of links to Aus­tralian intel­li­gence plus his strange, “plat­inum” col­ored hair (dis­tinc­tive of chil­dren raised  in the group) sug­gest that the con­nec­tions may  run much deeper. (Recall in this con­text that  the group prac­tices rig­or­ous, sophis­ti­cated mind-control method­ol­ogy and Assange him­self may be sin­cerely unaware  of the depth of his appar­ent  links to the group. The orga­ni­za­tion also devel­ops mul­ti­ple iden­ti­ties for the chil­dren raised in its ranks, as well as obtain­ing mul­ti­ple pass­ports for them. Assange’s mother claims his hair turned white fol­low­ing a dif­fi­cult cus­tody case involv­ing a child of his. As will be seen later, Assange claims that Aus­tralian intel­li­gence has advised him, and there is an appar­ent link between Aus­tralian intel­li­gence and the cult.)

The title of the pro­gram comes from two sci-fi/horror movies from the late 1950’s and 60’s called Chil­dren of the Damned and Vil­lage of the Damned. Both movies fea­tured a gen­er­a­tion of platinum-blonde chil­dren with psycho-kinetic pow­ers, preter­nat­ural intel­li­gence and a really, really bad atti­tude. Pos­sess­ing con­sid­er­able wealth, in con­trol of its own psy­chi­atric hos­pi­tal, com­posed largely of well-heeled pro­fes­sional peo­ple, uti­lized as an exper­i­men­ta­tion cen­ter by one of Australia’s lead­ing Catholic psy­chol­o­gists, linked to the Aus­tralian min­is­ter over­see­ing that country’s intel­li­gence ser­vice, the “Fam­ily” as they like to be called, used these con­nec­tions to escape the pun­ish­ment that would cer­tainly have fol­lowed their activ­i­ties. Avail­able evi­dence sug­gests that the group is an intel­li­gence front.

Even for­mer cult mem­bers who have turned on the orga­ni­za­tion have been drawn back into its fold and rec­on­ciled with Anne Hamilton-Byrne.

Tar­get­ing Rus­sia, China and some of the Cen­tral Asian states that emerged fol­low­ing the breakup of the Soviet Union, Wik­iLeaks has pur­sued a polit­i­cal agenda that smacks of a Third Position/UNPO/Underground Reich polit­i­cal ori­en­ta­tion. The group has also stung the United States, mak­ing an already dif­fi­cult Afghanistan pol­icy that much more dif­fi­cult fol­low­ing their leaks of key U.S. doc­u­ments about NATO involve­ment in that country.

Pro­gram High­lights Include: The group’s exces­sive secre­tive­ness; the group’s lack of can­dor about their sources of financ­ing in par­tic­u­lar; phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal com­pany Sandoz’s alleged dis­pens­ing of free LSD to Fam­ily; par­tial dis­cus­sion of Wik­iLeaks’ con­nec­tions to the milieu of Pirate Bay and Swedish fas­cist financier Carl Lund­strom; the Hamilton-Byrne cult’s “car­ing” for Lord Casey, the Aus­tralian cab­i­net mem­ber charged with over­sight of the Aus­tralian intel­li­gence agency; the Hamilton-Byrne cult’s close asso­ci­a­tion with Catholic psy­chol­o­gist Ronald Con­way; Conway’s alleged molesta­tion of peo­ple asso­ci­ated with the cult; Conway’s role as an expert com­men­ta­tor on the Church’s molesta­tion scandals.

Enemy in Mind: Jewish Militia Gets Gunned-up in New York to Face-off ‘Muslim Threat’?

10/ Nick Saban: A coach's fabulous crimson ride

America’s college football coaches seem to have made an end run around the Great Recession. In 2006, only 10 of the about 120 big-time college football coaches took home at least $2 million a year. The 2010 total: 38.

The king of them all: the University of Alabama’s Nick Saban, with a 2010 takehome at $6,087,349, six times the college football coaching average. Only five coaches in all of professional sports will this year make more than Saban.

Forbes has labeled Saban the “most powerful coach in sports,” and his many perks -- everything from two cars to a contract clause that lets him exit Alabama at any time without taking a financial penalty -- amply confirm that assessment.

Financial penalties, meanwhile, are abounding throughout the rest of Alabama's public sector. Budget cuts have forced some colleges in the state to up tuition as much as 23 percent. The state’s overall education budget dropped 9.5 percent in 2010, and local school boards now see no way to “avoid major layoffs.”

Saban, for his part, has been blasting the “greed” of sports agents who sneak college athletes cash in hopes of cashing out big themselves when the athletes turn pro. In August, Saban called these agents no better “than a pimp.”

A pimp, responded one national sports writer, displays a “willingness to physically exploit young people” the pimp claims “to protect” and, “above all, a love of money.” That definition, continued Fox Sports analyst Mark Kriegel, just might fit Nick Saban, Alabama’s most “highly paid state employee.”

9/ Howard Schultz: How to brew a bigger fortune

A decade ago, after running coffee giant Starbucks for 13 years, Howard Schultz stepped down as CEO to take life a bit easier as the company’s “chief global strategist.” Early in 2008, with Starbucks struggling mightily in the marketplace, Schultz took back his CEO slot.

The struggles continued. Massive layoffs would soon slash the chain's workforce by 19 percent. Schultz would feel the pain. He started trumpeting “the shared sacrifice I want to make” -- and pledged to take almost no personal salary.

But CEOs, wink, wink, only get a small fraction of their total pay from straight salary. The Starbucks corporate board, behind the sacrificing scenes, was actually turbocharging the Schultz pay package with a mammoth grant of stock options, delivered at just the moment Starbucks shares were hovering at a rock-bottom low.

Starbucks valued those options, at the time of their granting, at $12.4 million. By May 2010, after a Wall Street mini-boom, the value of the shares had soared to $46.8 million. More good news for Schultz: He scored another $26 million last year exercising options he had been granted way back in 1998 and 1999.

And what about Starbucks shareholders? Those who bought their shares in 2007, right before the Great Recession, still have no gain to show for their investment.
