Police State: TSA Launches Investigation Into Man Who Refused Groping, Naked Body Scan
Everyone's written about this "don't touch my junk" story, but this new development is so sadly in line with my thesis about these things that it's almost a cliche. When i wrote about it over the week-end, I pointed out that this was the latest in a series of steps to a police state --- the building of a police bureaucracy, the intimidation and the incoherence of security theatre designed to confuse citizens and indoctrinate them to the idea that they should unquestioningly submit to absurd directives from authorities. It's how you control a populace.
Anyway, here's the latest on the the "junk" story:
Dead Drops: When US Cyber Command Pulls the Net
Ed. Note: In May of 2010 the Air Force assigned approximately 30,000 “digital troops” to “the front lines of cyber warfare,” a number that represents a third of the troops in Afghanistan. “The transformation is part of the service’s larger emphasis on cyberspace operations and merging most computer system operations and network warfare functions under Space Command’s 24th Air Force, based at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas,” reported the Air Force Times on May 19.
On October 1st, 2009, USCYBERCOM went online to "Fight the Net" as an enemy weapon system to supposedly fight terrorism, but you and I know that they mean us, the new journalists and people in general that want to do their own research outside of corporate/government controlled media. As governments like to do so often in creating false flag fake terrorism to justify their existence, so too will they contrive an event so that they can shut down the net as a clamp down on information. We all need to get into high gear and get our net alternative in place, and this is a great way to start. As that Jackass Sen. Joe Lieberman said, no friend to you or I as he tells Web users to ‘relax’ about the ‘kill switch,’ "China has the power to shut down its Internet, so why can't we?."
