The layout is an interview with four members of San Diego 9/11 Truth alongside David Dees illustrations and my artwork. They have an awesome, slick publication that interviews the best bands in San Diego and their publication is widely distributed throughout the city. I am sure this article will stir some dialogue...

Operation Money Clip: Vatican Bank Investigated for Money Laundering

Italian prosecutors have launched an investigation into the Vatican bank's top executives for allegedly violating money laundering legislation, triggering a sharp rebuttal by the Vatican.  AFP - Italian prosecutors launched an investigation into the Vatican bank's top executives on Tuesday for allegedly violating money laundering legislation, triggering a sharp rebuttal by the Vatican.

Prosecutors seized 23 million euros (30 million dollars) belonging to the the Istituto per le Opere di Religione (IOR) and opened an inquiry against chairman Ettore Gotti Tedeschi and chief executive Paolo Cipriani.

The Vatican Secretariat of State said in a statement it was "perplexed and astonished" at the investigation by the Rome prosecutor's office.

Both executives are accused of violating legislation passed in 2007 that requires banks to disclose information on financial operations.

The Vatican said the information was already in the hands of the Bank of Italy and that similar operations to the ones under investigation have regularly taken place with other Italian banks.

"The Holy See's authorities' evident willingness to be fully transparent regarding IOR's financial operations is well known," the Vatican added.

The funds were seized temporarily from IOR's deposits in another Italian bank, Credito Artigiano, according to the ANSA news agency.

The probe was launched after an office at the Bank of Italy in September suspended two IOR operations it deemed suspicious worth a total of about 20 million euros, with JP Morgan Frankfurt and another one towards Italian bank Banca del Fucino, ANSA reported.

"IOR authorities have long worked and met with the bank of Italy and with the competent international organisations" to place the Holy See on a money laundering and terrorism white list, the Vatican said.

Cites "Insubordination and Misconduct" Rather Than BP Contributions to Obama

WJLA-TV has fired veteran anchorman Doug McKelway for a verbal confrontation this summer with the station's news director that came after McKelway broadcast a sharply worded live report about congressional Democrats and President Obama.

McKelway was placed on indefinite suspension in late July after his run-in with ABC7's news director and general manager, Bill Lord. In a letter to McKelway this week, the station said it was terminating his contract immediately, citing insubordination and misconduct.

Amid the ongoing BP oil spill in July, McKelway covered a Capitol Hill demonstration by environmental groups protesting the influence of oil-industry contributions to members of Congress.

The biggest health care firm in South Africa has been charged with cooperating with an Israeli-linked organ trafficking syndicate.

The South African government said that the head of the Netcare company and a director of the St. Augustine's Hospital in Durban, Richard Friedland, had been aware of illegal kidney trade at the hospital, but "nevertheless permitted these operations" to take place, South African daily The Timesreported on Wednesday.

The police said that wealthy Israelis paid organ dealers between 2001 and 2003, the year when the ring was exposed, the German Press Agency (DPA) reported.

"Israeli citizens in need of kidney transplants would be brought to South Africa for transplants at St. Augustine's Hospital," read the charge sheet.

Israel is demanding the immediate release of Jonathan Pollard.  Pollard, sentenced to life in prison for spying against the United States is a hero in Israel.  Pollard, an American of Jewish ancestry and extremist Zionist views claimed he tried to destroy America to help maintain the “racial purity of Israel.”  Pollard may have been spying for Israel but all the information he stole, a truckload of America’s most vital secrets, all went to the Soviet Union. 

Why did Israel send this information to Russia, the names of all American intelligence assets behind the Iron Curtain, the exact locations of all NATO nuclear weapons facilities, missile silos and detail on how to defeat America’s defenses from nuclear attack? 

This is Israel’s deal this time.  If America releases Pollard, Israel agrees to suspend its 62 year ethnic cleansing program against Palestinian Muslims and Christians, for a short time at least.

9/11 ANALYSIS: Where was Osama bin Laden on September 11, 2001

An earlier version of this article was published four years ago on the 9th of September 2006, in the context of the 2006 commemoration of the tragic event of September 2001. Osama bin Laden's whereabout on September 10, 2001 were confirmed by a CBS News Report. Osama had been hospitalized one day before the 9/11 attacks.

How on earth could he have coordinated the attacks from his hospital bed in a heavily guarded Pakistani military hospital located in Rawalpindi.

Bear in mind that the Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi (under the adminstration of the Pakistani military) exclusively "provides specialised treatment to Army personel and their immediate family". Osama bin Laden must have had some connections in the Pakistani military or intelligence to be admitted to the hospital. He was, according to Dan Rather's CBS report, provided with "treatment for a very special person".

If the CBS report by Dan Rather is accurate and Osama had indeed been admitted to the Pakistani military hospital on September 10, 2001, courtesy of America's ally, he was in all likelihood still in hospital in Rawalpindi on the 11th of September, when the attacks occurred. In all probability, his whereabouts were known to US officials on the morning of September 12, when Secretary of State Colin Powell initiated negotiations with Pakistan, with a view to arresting and extraditing bin Laden.

The CBS report is a potential bombshell. It invalidates the Osama bin "legend" created by US intelligence. It casts doubt on the notion that Osama was the "mastermind" behind the 9/11 attacks. It points to coverup and complicity at the highest echelons of the US administration.
